IMPLEMENTASI KOOPERATIF GI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR BERGULING SENAM LANTAI

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar berguling senam lantai melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe GI. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan subjek penelitian adalah 24 orang yang dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil analisis data observasi awal aktivitas belajar berguling secara klasikal sebesar 5,5 (cukup aktif), meningkat sebesar 2,22 menjadi 7,72 (aktif) pada siklus I dan meningkat sebesar 0,99 menjadi 8,71 (aktif) pada siklus II. Analisis data hasil belajar berguling pada observasi awal persentasenya sebesar 8,3%, meningkat sebesar 58,4% menjadi 66,7% pada siklus I dan meningkat sebesar 33,3% menjadi 100% pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas dan hasil belajar teknik dasar berguling senam lantai meningkat melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe GI pada siswa kelas X- Tekstil SMK Negeri 1 Sukasada tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Disarankan kepada guru penjasorkes untuk menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe GI karena dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar berguling senam lantai pada siswa.
Abstract: This study aims to improve the activity and learning outcomes through the implementation of rolling gymnastics floor cooperative learning model GI. This research is a classroom action research was conducted in two cycles. Subjects were 24 students were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. Initial observation date analysis results rolled in classical learning activity of 5.5 (moderately active), increased by 2.22 to 7.72 (active) in the first cycle and increased by 0.99 to 8.71 (active) in the second cycle. Analysis of learning outcomes date rolled in earlier observations of learning outcomes percentage of 8.3%, increased by 58.4% to 66.7% in the first cycle and increased by 33.3% to 100% in the second cycle.
Based on the results of the date analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the activity and the results of the basic techniques learned gymnastics floor rolled up through the implementation of cooperative learning model GI in class X-Textile SMK Negeri 1 Sukasada academic year 2013/2014. Penjasorkes recommended to teachers to use cooperative learning model GI because it can increase activity and learning outcomes in students rolled gymnastics floor.
