PENERAPANKOOPERATIF NHT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR SERVICEBULUTANGKIS

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar teknik dasar service bulutangkis melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT pada siswa kelas VII C SMPNegeri 1 Mengwi tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian siswa kelas VII C SMPNegeri 1 Mengwi, berjumlah 38 orang dengan rincian 18 orang putra dan 20 orang putri. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Didapatkan aktivitas belajar teknik dasar service bulutangkis pada observasi awal 5,6 meningkatan sebesar 1,2 dari siklus I menjadi 6,8 dan meningkatan sebesar 1,2 pada siklus II menjadi 8,0. Sedangkan ketuntasan hasil belajar service bulutangkis pada observasi awal 31,6% meningkat sebesar 31,6% pada siklus I menjadi 63,2% dan meningkat sebesar 23,6% menjadi 86,8% pada siklus II. Disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas dan hasil belajar teknik dasar service bulutangkis meningkat melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT pada siswa kelas VII C SMP Negeri 1 Mengwi tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Disarankan kepada guru penjasorkes agar menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT karena terbukti dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa.
Abstract:This study is aimed at improving students’ activity and their learning achievement of badminton service through the implementation of cooperative learning model NHT type upon the tenth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Mengwi, specifically in class VII Cin the academic year 2013/2014. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. The subject of this research was the students of VII Cof SMP Negeri 1 Mengwi, total 38 people,20 female and 18 male. The data were analyzed using statistic descriptive method. It was found that the learning activity of basic skill in badminton service at the first preliminary observation was 5.6, in which it increased 1,2% in the cycle I and it was 6,8 and increased 1,2% in the cycles II 8,0. Meanwhile mastery of learning outcomes thebadminton service grade in the preliminary observation was 31,6% which increased 31,6% in the cycle I, 63,2% and increased 23,6% in which 86,8% in cycle II. Was it could be concluded that learning activity and learning achievement of basic skill badminton service was increasing through the implementation of cooperative learning model NHT type on the students of VII C at SMP Negeri 1 Mengwi in the academic year 2013/2014. It is suggested to the physical exercise teacher to implement cooperative learning modelNHT type due to the proof that it could improve the students’ activity and learning achievement.
