IMPLEMENTASI PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF GI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR LOMPAT JAUH

Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar lompat jauh melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe GI pada siswa kelas X.A SMA Negeri 3 Amlapura tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, yang terdiri dari rencana tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi atau evaluasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa X.A SMA Negeri 3 Amlapura, berjumlah 37 orang dengan rincian 23 orang putra dan 14 orang putri. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil analisis data pada siklus I aktivitas belajar lompat jauh secara klasikal sebesar 6.95 (cukup aktif), dan pada siklus II sebesar 8.51 (aktif). Siklus I ke siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebesar 1.56. Persentase hasil belajar lompat jauh secara klasikal pada siklus I sebesar 78.37% siswa yang tuntas dan pada siklus II sebesar 91.9% siswa yang tuntas. Siklus I ke siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebesar 13.53%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas dan hasil belajar lompat jauh meningkat melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe GI pada siswa kelas X.A SMA Negeri 3 Amlapura tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Disarankan kepada guru penjasorkes untuk menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe GI karena dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar lompat jauh pada siswa.Kata Kunci : GI, aktivitas dan hasil belajar lompat jauh
This study aims to improve the activity and learning outcomes of the long jump through the implementation cooperative learning model GI in class X.A SMA Negeri 3 Amlapura academic year 2013/2014. This research is a classroom action research was conducted in two cycles, consisting of an action plan, action, observation or evaluation and reflection. The subjects were students of SMA Negeri 3 Amlapura X.A, 37 people with details of 23 boys and 14 girls. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. Results of data analysis in the first cycle activity in the classical learning long jump 6.95 (quite active), and the second cycle was 8,51 (active). the first cycle to the second cycle increased by 1.56. Percentage of learning outcomes in the classical long jump at the first cycle of 78.37% students who pass, and the second cycle was 91.9% students who pass. Cycle I to cycle II, an increase of 13.53%. Based on the analysis of data and discussion is concluded that the activity and improved learning outcomes through the long jump implementation of cooperative learning model GI in class X.A SMA Negeri 3 Amlapura academic year 2013/2014. Physical education health recreation recommended to teachers to implement cooperative learning model GI because it can increase activity and the learning outcomes long jump of students.
