PENERAPAN KOOPERATIF NHT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR PASSING BOLA BASKET

Abstract

Jenis penelitian yang dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 1 Mengwi, merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang mempunyai tujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar teknik dasar passing bola basket melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT pada siswa kelas VII A SMP Negeri 1 Mengwi tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian tindakan kelas dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII A SMP Negeri 1 Mengwi, berjumlah 32 orang dengan rincian 23 siswa putri dan 9 siswa putra. Data penelitian dianalisis memakai analisis statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa aktivitas belajar teknik dasar passing bola basket pada observasi awal 6,4 meningkat sebesar 0,4 dari siklus I menjadi 6,8 dan terjadi peningkatan sebesar 1,3 pada siklus II menjadi 8,1. Sedangkan ketuntasan hasil belajar passing bola basket pada observasi awal 15,16% meningkat sebesar 9,84% pada siklus I menjadi 25% dan terjadi peningkatan sebesar 53,12% menjadi 78,12% pada siklus II.Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan menyimpulkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar teknik dasar passing bola basket meningkat melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT pada siswa kelas VII A SMP Negeri 1 Mengwi tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Disarankan kepada guru Penjasorkes untuk menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT pada pembelajaran karena dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar

This type of research conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Mengwi, is a class action which has the aim to increase the activity and results of learning the basic techniques of basketball passing through the implementation of cooperative learning model NHT class VIIA student of SMP Negeri 1 Mengwi academic year 2013/2014. Classroom action research was conducted in two cycles. The subjects were students of class VII A SMP Negeri 1 Mengwi, totaling 32 people with the details of 23 female students and 9 male students. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. Based on the findings that the activity of learning the basic techniques of basketball passing on increased 6.4 preliminary observations from the first cycle of 0.4 to 6.8 and an increase of 1.3 to 8.1 in the second cycle. The average activity of learning the basic techniques of passing the basketball has reached 7.45 with the active category. While mastery of learning outcomes passing basketballs on preliminary observations 64.22% increased by 8.54% in the first cycle to 72.76% and an increase of 5.26% to 78.02% in the second cycle. The average percentage rate of learning the basic techniques of passing the basketball has reached 75.39% in active categories. From the analysis of data and discussion of the activities and results concluded learned the basic techniques of basketball passing up through the application of cooperative learning model NHT A class VII student of SMP Negeri 1 Mengwi academic year 2013/2014. Penjasorkes recommended to teachers to use cooperative learning model NHT on learning because it can increase activity and learning outcomes.
