IMPLEMENTASI MODEL KOOPERATIF TIPE STAD UNTUK MENINGKATKAN BELAJAR HEAD STAND DAN SIKAP LILIN SENAM KETANGKASAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar head stand dan sikap lilin senam ketangkasan melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 3 Kampung Baru tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 3 Kampung Baru, yang berjumlah 38 orang terdiri dari 24 orang putra dan 14 orang putri. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata aktivitas belajar head stand dan sikap lilin senam ketangkasan secara klasikal pada observasi awal 5,28 (cukup aktif), meningkat pada siklus I menjadi 6,24 (cukup aktif), dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 8,15 (aktif). Sedangkan hasil belajar secara klasikal pada observasi awal 64,45 (kurang), meningkat pada siklus I menjadi 74,56 (baik), dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 80,72 (baik). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas dan hasil belajar head stand dan sikap lilin senam ketangkasan meningkat melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 3 Kampung Baru tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Disarankan kepada guru penjasorkes SD Negeri 3 Kampung Baru untuk mengimplementasikan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD karena dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar head stand dan sikap lilin senam ketangkasan siswa.Kata Kunci : STAD, senam ketangkasan
This research aims to increase the activities and outcomes of head stand learning and candle position of agility gymnastic through the implementation of STAD cooperative learning model to the students of grade IV of SD Negeri 3 Kampung Baru academic year 2013/2014. The subject of the study are 38 grade IV students consists of 24 male and 14 female. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistic analysis. Based on the result of the study, the mean of head stand and candle position of clasical agility gymnastic learning activities during the initial observation was 5,28 (fairly active), during cycle I was increasing to 6,24 (fairly active), and during cycle II was increasing to 8,15 (active). Meanwhile, the outcomes of clasical learning during the initial observation was 64,45 (poor), during cycle I was increasing to 74,56 (good), and during cycle II was increasing to 80,72 (good). Based on the data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the activities and learning outcomes of head stand and candle position of agility gymnastic was increasing by implementing STAD cooperative learning model to the students of grade IV of SD Negeri 3 Kampung Baru academic year 2013/2014. It is suggested for physical education teachers in SD Negeri 3 Kampung Baru to implement the STAD cooperative learning model because it could increase the activities and learning outcomes of head stand and candle position of agility gymnastic of the students.
