PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF NHT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR BERGULING SENAM LANTAI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar berguling senam lantai melalui Penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT pada siswa kelas VIII C SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yaitu guru sebagai peneliti. Dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus yang terdiri dari tahapan perencanaan, tindakan, observasi/evaluasi dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII C SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada berjumlah 29, terdiri dari 19 siswa putra dan 10 siswa putri. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data untuk aktivitas belajar berguling senam lantai pada observasi awal 5,5 (kurang aktif), dan pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 7,6 (aktif) dan 8,4 (aktif) pada siklus II. Sedangkan persentase hasil belajar berguling senam lantai dari observasi awal sebesar 49,9% (kurang baik), pada siklus I 75,8% ( cukup baik) dan 96,5% ( sangat baik) pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan, disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa berguling senam lantai meningkat melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT pada siswa kelas VIII C SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Disarankan kepada guru penjasorkes untuk menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT, karena terbukti efektif untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar.Kata Kunci : NHT, aktivitas, hasil belajar,berguling senam lantai.
This study aims to improve the activity and results of learning roll gymnastics floor through the implementation of cooperative learning model type NHT on VIII C students of SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada. This research is a classroom action research which the teacher as researcher. Conducted in two cycles consisting of stages of planning, action, observation / evaluation and reflection. The subjects of this research is VIII C students of SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada; 29 students consisting of 19 male and 10 female students. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics. Based on the results of data analysis for learning activities on roll gymnastics floor preliminary observations 5,5% ( active less), and the first cycle increased to 7,6% (active) and 8,4% (active) in the second cycle. While the percentage of roll gymnastics floor preliminary observations by 49,9% (very less), 75,8% in the first cycle (exactly less) and 96,5% (excellent) on the second cycle. Based on the results of data analysis and the discussion concluded that the activities and outcomes of student learning roll gymnastics floor increased through the implementation of cooperative learning NHT model on VIII C grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada at 2013/2014 school year. Recommended to Penjasorkes teachers to use cooperative learning model type NHT, because it proved to be effective to increase the activity and learning outcomes.
