The results of the data analysis activities of learning, mastery learning activities in the classical in the first cycle was 5.84 (moderately active). In the second cycle of 7.34 (active). Average long jump for learning activity 6.59 (active). While the results of data analysis of learning outcomes in the long jump in the classical cycle of 77.87% (excellent). In the second cycle of 84.48% (excellent). Average long jump mastery learning outcomes of 84.20% (excellent). It can be concluded that the activity and the long jump improved learning outcomes through the implementation of cooperative learning model type STAD in class X 2 SMA Negeri 1 Sawan Academic Year 2012/2013.
