IMPLEMENTASI KOOPERATIF STAD UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR TEKNIK DASAR PASSING BOLA VOLI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar teknik dasar passing bola voli melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan bentuk guru sebagai peneliti yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, terdiri dari tahap rencana tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi/evaluasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas VII-3 SMP Laboratorium UNDIKSHA Singraja yang berjumlah 33 orang siswa (18 orang putra dan 15 orang putri). Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data rata-rata aktivitas belajar secara klasikal pada siklus I sebesar 7,62 (aktif), dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 8,58 (aktif). Sedangkan persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa secara klasikal pada siklus I sebesar 45,45% (belum tuntas), dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 100% (tuntas).Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas dan hasil belajar passing bola voli meningkat melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD pada siswa kelas VII-3 SMP Laboratorium UNDIKSHA Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Disarankan kepada guru Penjasorkes agar dapat mengimplementasikan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD, karena terbukti dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar teknik dasar passing bola voli. .Kata Kunci : kooperatif STAD, aktivitas belajar, hasil belajar, passing bola voli.
This study aims to improve the activity and results of learning the basic techniques of volleyball passing through the implementation of cooperative learning model type STAD. This research is a class act with a form teacher as researcher, conducted in two cycles, comprising the step plan of action, action, observation / evaluation and reflection. The research subject is class VII-3 SMP Laboratorium UNDIKSHA Singaraja numbering 33 people, (18 man and 15 woman student). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. Based on the analysis the average activity in the classical study in the first cycle of 7.62 (active), and increased in the second cycle becomes 8.58 (active). While completeness of student learning outcomes in the classical style in the first cycle of 45.45% (very less), and increased in the second cycle into 100% (very good). Based on the analysis of data and discussion is concluded that the activity and learning outcomes passing volleyball improved through the implementation of cooperative learning model STAD in class VII-3 SMP Laboratorium UNDIKSHA Singaraja the academic year 2015/2016. It is the recommended to physical education to teachers in order to implement cooperative learning model STAD, as shown to increase the activity and results of learning the basic techniques of passing a volleyball.
