IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN STAD UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR KEBUGARAN JASMANI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar kebugaran jasmani kekuatan dan dayatahan melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD pada siswa kelas XI IPS 3 SMA Negeri 1 Melaya tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dimana guru sebagai peneliti yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian siswa kelas XI IPS 3, berjumlah 30 orang dengan rincian 17 orang putra dan 13 orang putri. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil analisis data pada siklus I Aktivitas belajar siswa 7,31(aktif) dan meningkat 1,13 menjadi 8,44 (aktif) pada siklus II. Analisis data ketuntasan hasil belajar kebugaran jasmani pada siklus I meningkat 3,34% menjadi 6,67% (Cukup), dan meningkat 70% menjadi 76,67% (Baik) pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas dan hasil belajar kebugaran jasmani meningkat melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD pada siswa kelas XI IPS 3 SMA Negeri 1 melaya tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Disarankan kepada guru penjasorkes dapat menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD karena dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa.Kata Kunci : Pembelajaran STAD, aktivitas, hasil belajar, kebugaran jasmani
The purpose of this research are improving students’ activity and study result in physical fitness, strenght, and endurance through the model implementation of cooperative learning type STAD on student XI IPS 3 SMA Negeri 1 Melaya in academic year 2015/2016. This research is an action class research. In this research the teacher as researcher used two cycles. The subject of this research is students from XI IPS 3, consist of 30 students, 17 males and 13 females. The data is analyzed by using descriptive statistics analysis. The result of data from the first cycle is students’ learning activities 7,31 (active) and improve 1,13 to 8,44 (active) on second cycle. Data analysis of completeness learning outcomes in physical fitness on the first cycle improve from 3,34% to 6,67% (active enough), and improve from 70% to 76,67% (good) on the second cycle. Based on the result of data analysis and discussion, can be concluded that activity and learning result of physical fitness improve through the model implementation of cooperative learning type STAD on students XI IPS 3 SMA Negeri 1 Melaya in academic year 2015/2016. It recommended for sport teacher to apply the cooperative learning type STAD, because it can improve learning activities and students’ study result.
