IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE THINK PAIR SHARE (TPS) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR TEKNIK DASAR PASSING BOLA BASKET PADA SISWA KELAS VIII A SMP NEGERI 1 PUPUAN TAHUN PELAJARAN 2015/2016

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar teknik passing bola basket melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS pada siswa kelas VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Pupuan tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK),di mana jumlah siklus yang dilakukan adalah sebanyak 2 siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII B6 SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja, yang berjumlah 28 orang terdiri dari 8 orang putra dan 20 orang putri. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata aktivitas belajar passing bola basket secara klasikal pada observasi awal 5,3 (cukup aktif), meningkat pada siklus I menjadi 7,0 (aktif), dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 9,18 (aktif). Sedangkan hasil belajar secara klasikal pada observasi awal 2,22 (cukup), meningkat pada siklus I menjadi 2,62 (baik), dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 3,71 (sangat baik). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas dan hasil belajar teknik dasar passing bola basket meningkat melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS pada siswa kelas VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Pupuan tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Disarankan kepada guru penjasorkes untuk mengimplementasikan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS karena dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar teknik dasar passing bola basket siswa.Kata Kunci : pembelajaran TPS, aktivitas, hasil belajar, bola basket
This study aims to improve the activity and learning outcomes technique passing the basketball through the implementation of cooperative learning model TPS students of class VIII A of SMP Negeri 1 Pupuan the academic year 2015/2016. Research is classroom action research (PTK), where the number of cycles performed is as much as two cycles. The subjects were students of class VIII SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja B6, totaling 28 people, consisting of eight sons and 20 daughters. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. Based on the results, the average activity studied classical basketball passing on preliminary observations 5.3 (quite active), increased in the first cycle to 7.0 (active), and increased in the second cycle becomes 9.18 (active). While the results of classical learning in the initial observation 2.22 (enough), increased in the first cycle to 2.62 (good), and increased in the second cycle to 3.71 (very good). Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the activities and results learned the basic techniques of passing the basketball increased through the implementation of cooperative learning model TPS students of class VIII A of SMP Negeri 1 Pupuan the academic year 2015/2016. Penjasorkes recommended to teachers to implement cooperative learning model TPS because it can increase the activity and results of learning the basic techniques of passing basketball student.
