IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE TEAMS GAMES TOURNAMENT (TGT) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR TEKNIK DASAR PASSING BOLA BASKET

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar teknik passing (chest pass dan bounce pass) bola basket melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT pada siswa kelas VIII.8 SMP Negeri 4 Baturiti tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII.B SMP Negeri 4 Baturiti, yang berjumlah 25 orang dengan rincian 14 siswa putra dan 11 siswa putri. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata aktivitas belajar teknik passing bola basket secara klasikal pada observasi awal 6,38 (cukup aktif), meningkat pada siklus I menjadi 7,38 (cukup aktif), dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 8,42 (aktif). Sedangkan hasil belajar secara klasikal pada observasi awal 12,8%, meningkat pada siklus I menjadi 76,36%, dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 81,31%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas dan hasil belajar teknik passing bola basket meningkat melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT pada siswa kelas VIII.B SMP Negeri 4 Baturiti tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Disarankan kepada guru penjasorkes SMP Negeri 4 Baturiti untuk mengimplementasikan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT karena dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar teknik passing bola basket siswa.Kata Kunci : Kata-kata Kunci: Kooperatif GI, aktivitas, hasil belajar, bola basket
Abstract This reaserch was intended to increase the activity and larning result of basketball basic technique (chest pass and bounce pass) throught the implementation of cooperative learning model TGT to student of class VIII.B SMP Negeri 4 Baturiti, that tottaling 25 people that consisted of 14 boys and 11 girl. The data were analyz by using the descriptive statistical analysis. According to the research result, the classical result of the activity learning of basic technique of basketball in the pre-observation is 6.38 (quite active), increasing become 7.38 (quite active) in the first cycle, and than in the second cycle increasing become 8.42 (active). Meanwile the classical learning result in the pre observation is 12.8%, increasing become 76.36% in the first cycle, and than increasing become 81.31% in the second cycle. Based on the analysis data result and the discussion, it can be concluded that the activity and the learning result of basic technique of basketball is increasing throught the implementation of cooperative learning model TGT to the student of class VIII.B SMP Negeri 4 Baturiti in academic year 2014/2015. That suggested to the Penjasorkes teacher in SMP Negeri 4 Baturiti to implemented the cooperative learning model TGT cause it can increasing the activity and learning result of basic technique of basketball passing student.
