Kontribusi Kekuatan Otot Tungkai dan Fleksibilitas Panggul Antara Kaki Dominan dan Non-Dominan Terhadap Kemampuan Longpass Dalam Permainan Sepakbola

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kontribusi kekuatan otot tungkai dan fleksibilitas panggul antara kaki dominan dan non-dominan terhadap kemampuan longpass dalam permainan sepakbola. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode non-eksperimen dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa SSB Bina Pakuan sebanyak 98 orang siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 22 orang siswa. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) kekuatan otot tungkai dengan Leg Extension, 2) fleksibilitas panggul dengan Goniometer, 3) kemampuan longpass dengan menggunakan tes longpass barrow. teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) terdapat kontribusi kekuatan otot tungkai kaki dominan terhadap kemampuan longpass, 2) tidak terdapat kontribusi kekuatan otot tungkai kaki non-dominan terhadap kemampuan longpass, 3) tidak terdapat kontribusi fleksibilitas panggul kaki dominan terhadap kemampuan longpass, 4) tidak terdapat kontribusi fleksibilitas panggul kaki non-dominan terhadap kemampuan longpass, 5) terdapat kontribusi kekuatan otot tungkai dan fleksibilitas panggul kaki dominan secara bersama-sama terhadap kemampuan longpass, 6) terdapat kontribusi kekuatan otot tungkai dan fleksibilitas panggul kaki non-dominan secara bersama-sama terhadap kemampuan longpass. peneliti berharap untuk peneliti selanjutnya dapat menemukan cara untuk mengembangkan kaki dominan dan non-dominan seorang pemain. Juga menemukan suatu aspek yang mungkin dapat lebih berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan seorang pemain sepakbola, khususnya terhadap kemampuan longpass.
