ANALISIS BUTIR SOAL PILIHAN GANDA MATA PELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA SMK NEGERI 3 SINGARAJA

Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan kesesuaian kisi-kisi dengan butir soal pilihan ganda mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia; (2) mendeskripsikan penerapan kaidah penyusunan butir soal pilihan ganda mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia; (3) mendeskripsikan penerapan kaidah bahasa Indonesia pada butir soal pilihan mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Subjek penelitian ini adalah soal ulangan umum semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2013/2014 mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja. Subjek tersebut terdiri atas tiga berkas soal ulangan umum semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Objek penelitian ini adalah (1) kesesuaian kisi-kisi butir soal pilihan ganda mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia; (2) penerapan kaidah penulisan soal pada butir soal pilihan ganda mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia; (3) penggunaan kaidah bahasa Indonesia pada butir soal pilihan ganda mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah metode dokumentasi dan metode wawancara. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) kesalahan pada kisi-kisi soal yang ditemukan berupa kesalahan pada domain pengukuran indikator dan soal; (2) Penyimpangan penerapan kaidah penulisan soal yang ditemukan berupa pokok soal tidak jelas, ketidakhomogenan opsi, dan pernyataan “semua jawaban benar” pada opsi; (3) Penyimpangan penerapan kaidah bahasa Indonesia (ejaan) yang ditemukan, yaitu penyimpangan penerapan pemakaian huruf dan pemakaian tanda baca. Penyimpangan penerapan kaidah bahasa Indonesia (struktur) berupa kesalahan pembentukan kata, kalimat pleonastis, kalimat fragmentaris, dan partikel penegas –kah. Penyimpangan kaidah bahasa (diksi) yang ditemukan berupa kesalahan pemakaian pasangan tetap (idiom) dan pemakaian kata depan di, dari, dan pada.Kata Kunci : butir soal pilihan ganda, kisi-kisi, kaidah penulisan soal, kaidah bahasa Indonesia
The aim of this qualitative deskriptive study are (1) describing the suitability of the lattice with multiple choice items Indonesian subjects; (2) describing the application of the rules of preparation of multiple-choice items were Indonesian subjects; (3) describing the application of Indonesian rule on item selection Indonesian subjects. The subjects were Indonesian subjects questions test semester in academic year 2013/2014 at SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja. The subject of the file consists of three general tests semester in academic year 2013/2014. The object of this study were (1) the suitability of the lattice points multiple-choices questions Indonesian subjects; (2) the application of the rule-writing multiple-choice questions items were Indonesian subjects; (3) the use of Indonesian rule in point of mulple-chouice question Indonesian subjects. Methods of data collection in this study were documentation method and interviews method. Data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative techniques. The results of this study are (1) errors in the lattice form of question found in the domain of measurement error indicators and questions; (2) deviation of the application of the rules found in the form of writing about the subject matter is not clear, there are any irregularities in the option , and the statement of "all of the aswer are right" in option; (3) deviation of the application of Indonesian rule (spelling) found such as: deviation of application usage and the use of punctuation letters. Deviations of Indonesian application rules (sructure) in the form of word formation such as: errors in form of word, pleonastic sentences, fragmentary sentences, and whether emphatic particle. Deviations the rules of language (diction) found a regular partner usage errors (idioms) and the use of prepositions di, dari, and pada.
