UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS BERBAHASA INDONESIA MELALUI AKTIVITAS ANALISIS KESALAHAN DALAM PENGAJARAN MENULIS SISWA DI KELAS VIIIA SMP KATOLIK SANTO PAULUS SINGARAJA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dapat/tidaknya aktivitas analisis kesalahan dalam pembelajaran menulis, meningkatkan kualitas berbahasa Indonesia pada siswa kelas VIIIA SMP Katolik Santo Paulus Singaraja, mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah pembelajaran menulis melalui aktivitas analisis kesalahan, dan mendeskripsikan respons siswa kelas VIIIA SMP Katolik Santo Paulus Singaraja terhadap aktivitas analisis kesalahan dalam pembelajaran menulis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, meliputi; rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK); penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas VIIIA SMP Katolik Santo Paulus Singaraja; subjek penelitian ini adalah guru bahasa Indonesia dan siswa kelas VIIIA SMP Katolik Santo Paulus Singaraja, sedangkan objek penelitiannya adalah langkah-langkah menganalisis kesalahan dan meningkatnya kualitas bahasa Indonesia serta respons siswa terhadap aktivitas menganalisis kesalahan; penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam multi siklus; data yang dikumpulkan berupa data kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode tes, obeservasi, kuesioner, dan wawancara; kriteria keberhasilan tindakan ini adalah apabila siswa mencapai nilai minimal di atas ≥76. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Hasil yang dicapai pada siklus II adalah ketuntasan klasikal sebanyak 83,3% dan respons positif siswa sebanyak 83,3%, telah memenuhi kriteria keberhasilan. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian dihentikan sampai siklus II. Dengan ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan aktivitas analisis kesalahan dalam pembelajaran menulis dinyatakan berhasil karena adanya peningkatan kualitas berbahasa Indonesia siswa dan mendapat respons positif sebanyak 83,3%.Kata Kunci : Kata kunci: aktivitas analisis kesalahan, pembelajaran menulis, kualitas berbahasa Indonesia
The study aimed to find out whether the activity is able to improve the error analysis in writing, improving the quality of using bahasa Indonesia toward the VIIIA grade of SMP Katolik Santo Paulus Singaraja, describing the steps of writing through error analysis activity, and describing the students’ response of VIIIA grade SMP Katolik Santo Paulus Singaraja toward errror analysis activity in writing. The method used in this study including: Classroom Action Research (CAR); this study conducted at VIIIA grade SMP Katolik Santo Paulus Singaraja; the subject of this study is bahasa Indonesia teacher and VIIIA students at SMP Katolik Santo Paulus Singaraja, meanwhile the object of this study is the steps of error analyzing and improving the quality of bahasa Indonesia along with the students’ response toward error analyzing activity; This study conducted in multi cycles; the data collected in form of qualitative and quantitative data through test method, observation, questionnaire, and interview; the achievement action criteria is if the student achieved the minimun score above ≥76. This study conducted in two cycles. The result achieved at cycle II is classical achievement a number of 83.3 % and students’ positive response a number of 83.3%, already fulfil the achivement criteria. Because of the achievement, the study stopped at the end of cycle II. Furthermore, in can be concluded that the implementation of error analysis activity in writing is achieved due to the improvement of students’ bahasa Indonesia quality and achieved the positive response a number of 83.3%.
