KESESUAIAN ANTARA RPP DAN PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA SMA DI KOTA SINGARAJA

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mengkaji RPP guru bahasa Indonesia SMA di Kota Singaraja dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia, (2) mengkaji implementasi RPP yang dilaksanakan oleh guru bahasa Indonesia SMA di Kota Singaraja dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia, (3) mengkaji hubungan RPP dan pandangan guru bahasa Indonesia SMA di Kota Singaraja terhadap RPP serta implementasi dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru bahasa Indonesia yang mengajar di SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja yaitu Agus Sujianto, S.Pd., guru di SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja yaitu Ni Komang Rika Damayanti, S.Pd., guru di SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja yaitu Ni Komang Arniati, S.Pd., dan guru di SMA LAB Undiksha Singaraja, yaitu I Gusti Ayu Komang Wiliani, S.Pd. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) implementasi RPP tidak sepenuhnya sejalan dengan RPP yang telah dipersiapkan, (2) pandangan guru terhadap RPP memengaruhi pelaksanaan dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Sehingga, guru mengimplementasikan RPP sesuai dengan kondisi dan situasi di kelas. Hal itu menunjukkan bahwa antara perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia tida sesuai.Kata Kunci : RPP, Implementasi RPP, Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia
This research aims to (1) assess RPP Indonesian high school teacher in the city of Singaraja in learning Indonesian, (2) assess the implementation of the RPP is implemented by Indonesian high school teacher in the city of Singaraja in learning Indonesian, (3) examine the relationship RPP and the views of teachers Indonesian School in Singaraja on lesson plans and implementation in learning Indonesian. Subjects in this study were Indonesian teachers who teach in SMAN 1 Singaraja, namely Agus Sujianto, S.Pd., teacher at SMAN 3 Singaraja, namely Ni Komang Rika Damayanti, S.Pd., teacher at SMAN 4 Singaraja, namely Ni Komang Arniati, S.Pd., and teachers in high school LAB Undiksha Singaraja, that I Gusti Ayu Komang Wiliani, S.Pd. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive technique. Results of this study were (1) the implementation of the RPP is not entirely in line with the CSP that has been prepared, (2) the views of teachers to influence the implementation of the RPP in learning Indonesian so, teachers implement lesson plans to adjust to the conditions and situations in the classroom. It shows that between planning and execution of Indonesian language learning is not appropriate.
