ANALISIS SOAL ULANGAN UMUM MATERI AJAR TEKS FAKTUAL BUATAN GURU BAHASA INDONESIA DI SMA NEGERI 1 SINGARAJA DITINJAU DARI KESESUAIAN KOMPETENSI DASAR DAN INDIKATOR

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengkaji kecukupan penjabaran kompetensi dasar ke dalam indikator pembelajaran, (2) mengkaji kesesuaian soal ulangan umum dengan indikator pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah soal ulangan umum materi ajar teks faktual buatan guru bahasa Indonesia di SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah kesesuaian kompetensi dasar dan indikator. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) tidak semua kompetensi dasar memiliki beberapa indikator. Padahal, seharusnya satu kompetensi dasar memiliki beberapa indikator, (2) tidak semua soal ulangan umum sesuai dengan indikator. Seharusnya, guru memperhitungkan kecukupan penjabaran kompetensi dasar ke dalam indikator agar mampu mengukur hasil ketercapaian siswa secara maksimal. Kemudian guru juga seharusnya memperhitungkan kesesuaian soal ulangan umum dengan indikator pembelajaran agar soal yang digunakan sebagai alat ukur tidak melenceng dari yang telah diajarkan sehari-hari.Kata Kunci : soal teks faktual, kompetensi dasar, indikator.
This study aims to (1) assess the adequacy of the translation of basic competencies in learning indicators, (2) assess the suitability of the general test questions with indicators of learning. This type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Subjects in this study is a matter of common restating factual text teaching materials made in Indonesian teacher at SMAN 1 Singaraja. The object of this research is the suitability of basic competencies and indicators. Data collection methods used in this study is the method of documentation. Results of this study are (1) not all the basic competencies have some indicators. In fact, should have a basic competency has several indicators, (2) not all a matter of general tests in accordance with the indicator. Supposedly, the adequacy of the translation of teachers calculate basic competence in the indicators to be able to measure the results of student achievement to the fullest. Then the teacher should also calculate general suitability test questions with indicators of learning that questions used as a measuring tool not to deviate from that has been taught everyday.
