ANALISIS ASPEK SARANA RETORIKA PUISI SISWA SMA NEGERI SE-KOTA SINGARAJA PADA MAJALAH SEKOLAH

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mendeskripsikan jenis-jenis sarana retorika puisi karya siswa SMA Negeri Se-Kota Singaraja pada majalah sekolah, (2) mendeskripsikan frekuensi pemakaian jenis-jenis sarana retorika puisi karya siswa SMA Negeri Se-Kota Singaraja pada majalah sekolah, (3) mendeskripsikan kemampuan siswa SMA Negeri Se-Kota Singaraja menulis puisi dengan sarana retorika pada majalah sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Semua data dalam penelitian ini akan dikumpulkan dengan metode studi pustaka dengan teknik baca dan catat. Subjek penelitian ini adalah paper (kertas) berupa puisi pada majalah sekolah karya siswa SMA Negeri Se-Kota Singaraja. Objek penelitian ini adalah jenis-jenis sarana retorika dan frekuensi pemakaian jenis-jenis sarana retorika puisi siswa SMA Negeri Se-Kota Singaraja pada majalah sekolah, serta kemampuan siswa SMA Negeri Se-Kota Singaraja menulis puisi dengan sarana retorika pada majalah sekolah. Data mengenai jenis-jenis sarana retorika dan frekuensi pemakaian jenis-jenis sarana retorika puisi karya siswa SMA Negeri Se-Kota Singaraja pada majalah sekolah dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan data tentang kemampuan siswa menggunakan sarana retorika dalam menulis puisi dianalisis dengan metode kuantitatif. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) jenis-jenis sarana retorika yang digunakan siswa SMA Negeri se-Kota Singaraja menulis puisi pada majalah sekolah adalah tautologi, pleonasme, paralelisme, enumerasi, hiperbola, paradoks, kiasmus, retorik retisense, ambiguitas, elipsis, pertanyaan retoris, klimaks, antiklimaks, litotes, oksimoron, repetisi, asindeton, dan polisindeton. (2) Frekuensi pemakaian sarana retorika yang banyak digunakan adalah retorik ritisense, hiperbola, dan pleonasme. (3) Kemampuan siswa SMA Negeri se-Kota Singaraja menulis puisi pada majalah menunjukkan bahwa dari 30 siswa, sebanyak 7 siswa dikatakann “mampu” menggunakan sarana retorika, siswa yang “cukup mampu” menggunakan sarana retorika sebanyak 17, dan yang “kurang mampu” menggunakan sarana retorika sebanyak 6 siswa. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, guru bahasa Indonesia hendaknya lebih memberikan pengetahuan tentang sarana retorika terhadap siswa yang kurang mampu menggunakan sarana retorika dalam menulis puisi.Kata Kunci : Sarana Retorika, Puisi, Majalah Sekolah
This research has purposes such as (1) to describe the kinds of rhetorical aspect of Senior High School’ poetry around Singaraja for the school magazine, (2) to describe the frequency that use in kinds of rhetorical aspect of poetry for the senior high school students in Singaraja for the school magazine, (3) to describe the students’ ability in Senior High School around Singaraja in writing poetry using rhetorical aspect for the school magazine. This research uses descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative planning. The data collection in this research was collected by study pustaka method with reading and noting technique. The subjects of this research are papers in the form of poetry for school magazine made by Senior High school students arround Singaraja. Objects of this research are kinds of rhetorical aspect, rhetorical aspect that use in poetry and the students’ Senior Hiugh School ability arround Singaraja in writing poetry using rethorical aspect for the school magazine. The data about the kinds of rhetorical aspect and the frequency that use in rhetorical aspect of petry in Senior High School students arround Singaraja for the school magazine was analized by descriptive qualitative method and the data about students’ ability in using rhetorical aspect in writing poetry was analyzed by quantitavite method. The finding of this research shows that (1) The kinds of rhetorikal aspect that student’ in senior high school use to write poetry for the school magazine arround Singaraja are a tautology, redundancy, parallelism, enumeration, hyperbole, paradox, kiasmus, retisense rhetoric, ambiguity, ellipsis, rhetorical question, climax, anti-climax, litotes, oxymoron, repetition, asindeton, and polisindeton. (2) The rhetorical aspect that most students use are rhitisense rhetoric, hyperbole, and pleonasm. (3) The senior high school abilities’ around Singaraja in writing poetry showed that from the 30 students, there are 7 students are able to use the rhetorical aspect, 17 students are sufficient in using rhetorical aspect and 6 students are incompetent in using it. From the finding, the Indonesian teacher should give more knowledge abaut rhetorical aspect to the students which are in competent ini using it to write a poetry.
