PERILAKU VERBAL DAN NONVERBAL GURU DALAM PENGAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA PADA SISWA TUNARUNGU DI SMA LUAR BIASA GOLONGAN B SINGARAJA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai (1) bentuk dan fungsi perilaku verbal dalam pengajaran bahasa Indonesia di SMA Luar Biasa Golongan B Singaraja dan (2) jenis dan fungsi perilaku nonverbal guru dalam pengajaran bahasa Indonesia di SMA Luar Biasa Golongan B Singaraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru Bahasa Indonesia kelas XI di SMA Luar Biasa Golongan B Singaraja, sedangkan objek penelitian ini adalah perilaku verbal (PV) dan nonverbal (PNV) guru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Rancangan penelitian deskriptif yang menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif digunakan untuk menggambarkan bentuk dan fungsi PV guru, jenis dan fungsi PNV. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bentuk bahwa PV yang digunakan guru yaitu deklaratif 61,22%, imperatif 22,44%, dan interogatif 13,79%. Fungsi PV yang muncul yaitu asertif 40,81%, direktif 36,73%, ekspresif 16,32%, komisif sebanyak 4,08%, dan deklarasi 2,04%. Jenis PNV yang digunakan guru yaitu gerakan tangan (selanjutnya disingkat GT) dan ekspresi 33,82%, GT 30,88%, gerakan kepala dan tangan (selanjutnya disingkat GKT) dan ekspresi 10,29%, GKT 8,82%, gerakan kepala (selanjutnya disingkat GK) 7,35%, ekspresi 4,41%, dan GK dan ekspresi 4,41%. Fungsi PNV yang digunakan yaitu melengkapi dan menekankan 35,29%, melengkapi 25%, menggantikan 17,65%, menekankan 14,70%, serta melengkapi dan mengatur 7,35%. PV dan PNV sangat penting sehingga dapat disarankan agar guru memadukan PV dan PNV dalam mengajar sesuai dengan nilai-nilai sosial budaya masyarakat Bali.Kata Kunci : Kata kunci: perilaku verbal dan perilaku nonverbal
This study aims to provide an overview of (1) the form and function of verbal behavior in the teaching of Indonesian in high school Extraordinary Class B Singaraja and (2) the types and functions of nonverbal behavior of teachers in the teaching of Indonesian in high school Extraordinary Class B Singaraja. This study used a descriptive design using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The subjects were Indonesian teacher in high school class XI Extraordinary Class B Singaraja, while the object of this study is verbal behavior (PV) and nonverbal (PNV) teacher. The data was collected through observation and interviews. Descriptive study design using qualitative and quantitative analysis are used to describe the form and function of PV teacher, the type and function of PNV. The results of the analysis showed that teachers use the form PV is the declarative form 61.22%, 22.44% imperative, and interrogative 13.79%. The PV function is a function that appears assertive 40.81%, 36.73% directive, expressive 16.32%, commissive as much as 4.08%, and 2.04% declaration. The type of teacher that is used PNV GT and expression of 33.82%, 30.88% GT, GKT and ekspresi 10.29%, 8.82% GKT , GK 7.35%, 4.41% expression, and the expression of GK and 4.41%. PNV functions used are complementary and emphasize 35.29%, 25% complement, replace 17.65%, 14.70% stressed , and equip and arrange 7.35%. PV and PNV is very important so that it can be suggested that teachers memaduka PV and PNV in teaching in accordance with the socio-cultural values of the people of Bali.
