PENGGUNAAN MEDIA WALL CHART UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MENULIS KARANGAN ARGUMENTASI SISWA KELAS X MAN AMLAPURA

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan (1) langkah-langkah yang ditempuh dalam penggunaan media wall chart, (2 peningkatan hasil belajar siswa hingga tercapainya tingkat ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa pada kegiatan menulis karangan argumentasi dengan menggunakan wall chart dan (3) respons siswa terhadap penggunaan media wall chart. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas X MAN Amlapura. Objek penelitian ini adalah langkah-langkah, peningkatan hasil, dan respons siswa dalam penggunaan media wall chart. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, metodetes, dan metode kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif Hasil penelitian ini meunjukkan (1) langkah-langkah penekanan pada pembelajaran menulis karangan argumentasi, pembimbingan, dan penekanan pada aspek-aspek penilaian dalam menulis karangan argumentasi, (2) peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dari siklus I (61,44) ke siklus II (73,56) dan (3) siswa memberikan tanggapan sangat positif terhadap penggunaan media wall chart. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, peneliti lain disarankan untuk menggunakan media wall chart pada pebelajaran keterampilan menulis karangan persusif dan karangan deskripsi.Kata Kunci : wall chart, menulis, argumentasi
Class Action Research (PTK) aims to describe (1) the measures taken in the use of media wall chart, (2 improving student learning outcomes to achieve the level of mastery learning outcomes of students in essay writing activities arguments by using wall charts and (3) response students to use media wall chart. Subjects in this study were teachers and students of class X MAN Amlapura. The object of this study are the steps, increased yield, and the response of students in the use of media wall chart. Collecting data in this study use observation, metodetes , and the method of questionnaire. Data were analyzed by using quantitative descriptive and qualitative description Conveniently indicates the results of this study (1) measures the emphasis on learning to write essays arguments, guidance, and the emphasis on the aspects of assessment in essay writing argumentation, (2) improving student learning outcomes of the first cycle (61.44) to the second cycle ( 73.56), and (3) students responded very positively to the use of media wall chart. Based on these results, other researchers are advised to use the media wall chart on persusif and deskripsion essay writing skills.
