PENINGKTAN KEMAMPUAN MENULIS PUISI MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KONTEKSTUAL DENGAN INSPIRATOR GAMBAR PERISTIWA SISWA KELAS VII A SMP N 1 MELAYA TAHUN PELAJARAN 2016/2017

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui: (1) peningkatan kemampuan menulis siswa kelas VII A dalam pembelajaran puisi, (2) langkah-langkah pembelajaran kontekstual dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis puisi siswa kelas VII A, dan (3) mengetahui respons siswa terhadap model pembelajaran kontekstual. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan melalui dua siklus, setiap siklus dilaksanakan dalam dua kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII A. Objek penelitian ini dibedakan atas dua macam, yaitu objek yang mencerminkan proses objek yang mencerminkan produk. Objek yang mencerminkan proses adalah aktivitas siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran menulis puisi dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kontekstual dan objek yang mencerminkan produk dalam penelitian ini adalah kemampuan menulis puisi siswa kelas VII A. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dilaksanakan di SMP N 1 Melaya, yaitu di kelas VII A. jumlah siswa di kelas VII A adalah 36 orang, terdiri atas 30 msiswa laki-laki dan 6 siswa perempuan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi, metode kuesioner/angket, dan metode tes. Data mengenai kemampuan menulis puisi siswa dan respons siswa di analisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Data mengenai langkah-langkah model pembelajan kontekstual dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Perolehan skor rata-rata yang dicapai siswa kelas VII A dalam kegiatan menulis puisi pada observasi awal adalah (65,71%), pada siklus I meningkat 83,45, sehingga rata-ratanya menjadi (74,76%), dan pada siklus II meningkat 80,69%, sehingga rata-ratanya menjadi (83,45%). Respons siswa dalam penerapan model pembelajaran kontekstual adalah positif. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari perolehan skor respons pada siklus I adalah 32,42 dengan kategori positif dan siklus II 38,09 dengan kategori positif. Berdasarkan pemerolehan skor siswa dari segi kemampuan menulis puisi dan respons terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran kontekstual penelitian ini dapat dikatakan berhasil.Kata Kunci : kontekstual, menulis puisi, gambar peristiwa.
This research is a classroom action research (PTK). The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) an increase in students' writing ability of class VII A in learning poetry, (2) measures of contextual learning in enhancing the ability to write poetry class VII A, and (3) determine a student's response to contextual learning model. This study was conducted in two cycles, each cycle was conducted in two sessions. The subjects were students of class VII A. The object of research is divided into two kinds, namely objects that reflect objects that reflect the product. Objects that reflect the process is the activity of students in participating in learning activities to write poetry using contextual learning model and objects that reflect the product of this research is the ability to write poetry class VII A. Class Action Research was conducted in SMP N 1 Melaya, ie in class VII A. the number of students in class VII A was 36 people, consisting of 30 male students and 6 female students.Data collection methods used in this research is the method of observation, questionnaires / questionnaire, and test methods. Data on students' ability to write poetry and a student's response in quantitative descriptive analysis. Data about the steps pembelajan contextual models were analyzed descriptively qualitative. Obtaining the average score achieved class VII A in the activities of writing poems on the initial observation was (65.71%), the first cycle increased 83.45, so that the average becomes (74.76%), and the second cycle increased by 80.69%, so the average into (83.45%). The response of students in the application of contextual learning model is positive. It can be seen from the acquisition score responses in the first cycle was 32.42 with positive categories and cycle II 38.09 with a positive category. Based on the scores of students in terms of acquiring the ability to write poetry and in response to the application of contextual learning model of this study was successful.
