ANALISIS JUMLAH PRODUKSI OPTIMAL DENGAN METODE ECONOMIC PRODUCTION QUANTITY (EPQ) PADA UD. SINAR ABADI SINGARAJA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) perhitungan produksi optimal pada UD.Sinar Abadi Singaraja, (2) perhitungan jumlah produksi optimal dengan metode Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) pada UD.Sinar Abadi Singaraja, dan (3) dampak dari penerapan metode Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) terhadap laba yang diperoleh UD. Sinar Abadi Singaraja.Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif.Data dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara dan dokumentasi, dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Perhitungan jumlah produksi optimal pada UD.Sinar Abadi Singaraja masih berpedoman pada jumlah pesanan konsumen ditambah 30% dari pesanan untuk persediaan, jumlah produksi optimal UD.Sinar Abadi tahun 2013 sebanyak 795.016 bungkus dengan total biaya persediaan Rp.82.429.650,00 (2) jumlah produksi optimal dengan metode Ekonomic Production Quantity (EPQ) pada UD.Sinar Abadi sebanyak 737.556 bungkus,rata-rata persediaan 84.820 bungkus dan total biaya persediaan sebesar Rp. 76.685.655,00 (3) dampak dari penerapan metode Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) terhadap laba yang diperoleh UD.Sinar Abadi Singaraja ialah laba yang diperoleh oleh perusahaan mengalami peningkatan sebesar Rp.5.743.345,00hal ini disebabkan oleh penurunan total biaya persediaan setelah diterapkannya perhitungan jumlah produksi optimal dengan metode Economic Production Quantity (EPQ).

The purpose of this study is to determine (1) the calculation of the optimal production of UD. Sinar Abadi Singaraja, (2) the calculation of the optimal production number by Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) methods on UD. Sinar Abadi Singaraja, and (3) the impactof the application of a Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) methods to the profits which are received by UD.Sinar Abadi Singaraja. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The data were collected through interviews and documentation, by which is analyzed with descriptive analysis technique with a quantitative approach. The results shows (1) The calculation ofthe optimal production of UD. Sinar Abadi Singaraja which was still based on the number of customer orders plus 30% of orders for supplies, the optimal production calculation UD. Sinar Abadi in 2013 is 795.016 packs with the total inventory cost Rp.82.429.650,00 (2)the amount of the optimal production number by Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) methods on UD. Sinar Abad iare 737.556 packs, the average supply of 84.820 packs and the total inventory cost of Rp. 76.685.655,00(3) the impactof the application of Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) methods to the profits which are received by UD. Sinar Abadi Singaraja is that the profits received by the company increased by Rp. 5.743.345,00 which is affected by the decrease of total inventory costs after the implementation of the calculation of the optimal production number Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) methods.
