PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP IKLIM SEKOLAH PADA SMP N 4 NEGARA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah pada SMP N 4 Negara (2) iklim skolah pada SMP Negeri 4 Negara (3) pengaruh perdimensi dari kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap iklim sekolah pada SMP Negeri 4 Negara (4) pengaruh simultan kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap iklim sekolah pada SMP Negeri 4 Negara. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian diskriptif kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi kemudian di analisis dengan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional pada SMP N 4 Negara berjalan dengan sangat efektif. Iklim sekolah pada SMP Negeri 4 Negara berada pada katagori baik. Pengaruh parsial dari masing-masing dimensi kepemimpinan transformasional yakni karismatik memiliki pengaruh terhadap iklim sekolah dikarenakan nilai probabilitasnya dibawah 0,05, sedangkan dimensi kepekaan individual, inspiratif dan rangsangan intelektual tidak berpengaruh karena nilai probabilitasnya diatas 0,05, dengan persamaan regresinya Y= 28,611 + 1,040 XI. Pengaruh simultan dari kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap iklim sekolah pada SMP Negeri 4 Negara dilihat dari hasil uji F menyimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh dari kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap iklim sekolah pada SMP Negeri 4 Negara, ini terlihat pada hasil uji F yakni, Fhitung yakni sebesar 13,213 > Ftabel sebesar 3,23 dan p value 0,000 < α 0,05 dan berdasarkan adjusted R square menunjukkan 0,521 bararti pengaruh antara kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap iklim sekolah pada SMP Negeri 4 Negara yakni sebesar 52,9%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 47,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak menjadi variabel penelitian pada penelitian ini.

This study aimed to determine (1) transformational leadhership at junior high school “Negeri 2 Negara” (2) school climate at junior high school “Negeri 4 Negara” (3) dimensions effect to ftransformational leadership on school climate at junior high school “Negeri 4 Negara” (4) the simultaneous effect of transformational leadership on the climate of the school at junior high school “Negeri 4 Negara”. This study used a descriptive quantitative research, data were collected using questionnaires and documentation then analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the transformational leadership on junior high school “Negeri 4 Negara” is very effectively. School climate at junior high school “Negeri 4 Negara” are in the good catagory. Partial influence of the charismatic dimension of transformational leadership has an influence on the climate of the school because the probability value below 0.05, while the dimensions of individual sensibilities, inspiring and intellectual stimulation has no effect because the probability values above 0.05, With the regression equation is Y = 28.611 + 1.040 XI. Simultaneous influence of transformational leadership on school climate at junior high school “Negeri 4 Negara” seen from the results of the F test concluded that there was the influence of transformational leadership on the climate of the school principals at junior high school “Negeri 4 Negara”, this can be seen in the results of the F test, F value which is equal to 13.213 > F of 3.23 and p value 0.000 <α 0.05, and based on the adjusted R square 0.521 shows the influence of transformational leadership to school climate at junior high school “Negeri 4 Negara” amounted to 52.1%, while the remaining 47,9% is influenced by other variables not be a variable in this research.
