PENGARUH IKLIM KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT DIVA ELEKTRONIKA SINGARAJA TAHUN 2013

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) iklim kerja, (2) kinerja karyawan, dan (3) pengaruh iklim kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Diva Elektronika. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kausalitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah PT. Diva Elektronika, sedangkan objeknya adalah iklim kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan t test dan koefesien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim kerja dan kinerja karyawan secara total berada pada kategori baik. Terdapat pengaruh positif iklim kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan ditunjukkan nilai thitung sebesar 4,653 >ttabel sebesar 2,006 atau p-value = 0,000 < α = 0,05. Hasil R Square sebesar 0,290 , hal ini berarti kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh iklim kerja sebesar 29% dan sisanya 71% di pengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

This research aims to know the climate of work (1), (2) the performance of employees, and (3) a work climate influences on performance of employees at PT. Diva Electronics. This is the kind of research the research kausalitatif. The subject of this research is PT. Diva electronics, whereas climate is the object of work and performance of employees. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed with t test and determination of koefesien. The results showed that the work climate and the performance of employees in total are on the category either. There is a positive influence on the climate of work on performance of employees demonstrated the value of thitung of ttabel of 4,653 > 2,006 or p-value 0.000< α of 0.05. The result R Square of 0,290, this means the performance of employees affected by a work climate of 29% and the remaining 71% in influence by other factors.
