ANALISIS EFISIENSI PENGGUNAAN FAKTOR-FAKTOR PRODUKSI PADA USAHATANI JAGUNG DI DESA BAYUNGGEDE KECAMATAN KINTAMANI KABUPATEN BANGLI TAHUN 2014

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efisiensi faktor-faktor produksi (1) secara teknik, (2) alokatif (harga), dan (3) ekonomi pada usahatani jagung di Desa Bayunggede Kecamatan Kintamani Kabupaten Bangli. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Bayunggede dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 52 orang. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode dokumentasi dan metode wawancara yang dianalisis dengan analisis efisiensi teknik, efisiensi alokasif (harga), dan efisiensi ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usahatani jagung di Desa Bayunggede Kecamatan Kintamani Kabupaten Bangli (1) secara teknik memperoleh skor 0,95, (2) secara alokatif (harga) memperoleh skor luas lahan 0,0319, bibit 0,0077, pupuk urea 0,2046, pupuk “phonska” 0,1445, pupuk kompos 0,0449, pestisida 0,3095, dan tenaga kerja 0,0004, dan (3) secara ekonomi memperoleh skor 0,10. Hal ini menunjukkan nilai efisiensi (teknik, alokatif/harga dan ekonomi) kurang dari (<) 1 yang berarti tidak efisien.

This study aims to determine efficiency of production factors (1) the technically, (2) the allocative efficiency (price), moreover (3) the economic efficiency of production factors on corn farming industry in Bayunggede village Kintamani district Bangli regency. This research was conducted in Bayunggede village in total of 52 respondents. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach . The data collected used documentation and interview methods and were analyzed by analysis of technical efficiency, efficiency alokasif (prices) and economic efficiency. The results showed that corn farming industry in Bayunggede village Kintamani district Bangli regency (1) the technical efficiency have a score is 0,95, (2) allocative efficiency have a score is 0,0319, seed 0,0077, urea fertilizer 0,2046, fertilizer of “Phonska” 0,1445, compost fertilizer 0,0449, pesticides 0,3095 and labor 0,0004, furthermore (3) the economic efficiency have a score is 0.10.This results showed the value of efficiency (technical, allocative/price and economy) less than (<) 1 is inefficiency.
