PENGARUH PENGEMBANGAN PROFESI, IKLIM SEKOLAH, DAN KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI SMA NEGERI 1 ABIANSEMAL TAHUN 2013

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh secara parsial antara pengembangan profesi, iklim sekolah, dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru (2) pengaruh secara simultan antara pengembangan profesi, iklim sekolah dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausalitas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru di SMA Negeri 1 Abiansemal sebanyak 75 orang. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan dokumentasi dan kuesioner kemudian data dianalisis dengan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pengembangan profesi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung = 2,442 > ttabel = 1,666 atau p-value 0,017 < α = 0,05. (2) iklim sekolah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan thitung = 5,630 > ttabel = 1,666 atau p-value = 0,000 < α = 0,05. (3) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan thitung = 2,833 > ttabel = 1,666 atau p-value = 0,006 < α = 0,05. (4) pengembangan profesi, iklim sekolah dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruah terhadap kinerja guru. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan fhitung = 84,160 > ftabel = 2,50 atau p-value = 0,000 < α = 0,05.Kata Kunci : Kata kunci: pengembangan profesi, iklim sekolah, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kinerja guru
This study aims to determine (1) the influence by the partial between professional development, school’s climate, and headmaster’s leadership on teachers’ performance (2) the influence by the simultaneous between professional development, school’s climate and headmater’s leadership on teachers’ performance. This is a causalitas research. The subjects of this research were teachers’ in Senior High School of Abiansemal as many as 75 people. The data was collected by documentation and questionnaire after that it analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that (1) professional develoment has influence on teachers’ performance. It was showed by by the value of tvalue = 2,442 > ttable = 1,666 or p-value 0,017 < α = 0,05. (2) school’s climate has influence on teachers’ performance. It was showed by tvalue = 5,630 > ttable = 1,666 or p-value = 0,000 < α = 0,05. (3) headmaster’s leadership influence on teachers’ performance. It was showed by tvalue = 2,833 > ttable = 1,666 or p-value = 0,006 < α = 0,05.
