EFEKTIVITAS PROGRAM BANTUAN USAHA EKONOMI PRODUKTIF (UEP) DALAM UPAYA PENINGKATAN KESEMPATAN KERJA DAN PENDAPATAN RUMAH TANGGA MISKIN (RTM) DI KECAMATAN KERAMBITAN

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) efektivitas pelaksanaan program UEP ditinjau dari komponen Input, (2) efektivitas pelaksanaan program UEP ditinjau dari komponen Proses, dan (3) efektivitas pelaksanaan program UEP ditinjau dari komponen produck atau output. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan evaluasi model CIPP(Conte,Input,Process,dan Product). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) efektivitas pelaksanaan program bantuan UEP realisasi totalnya sebesar 15.405 atau 82,82 persen dari nilai target total sebesar 18.600 dan dapat dikategorikan cukup efektif. (2) kesempatan kerja RTM setelah menerima program bantuan UEP meningkat, ditunjukan dari 45,16 atau 42 orang menyatakan dapat meningkatkan kesempatan kerja 1 ≥ 4 jam/hari dikategorikan cukup efektif dan nilai peningkatan atau nilai thitung sebesar 14,18 > nilai ttabel yaitu 1,66. (3) pendapatan RTM setelah menerima program bantuan UEP mengalami peningkatan, ditunjukan dengan 36,56 persen atau 34 responden menyatakan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan sebesar 200.000,00 ≥ 400.000,00 dikategorikan cukup efektif dengan nilai thitung sebesar 11,27 > nilai ttabel yaitu 1,66.

The purpose of this study was to (1) The effective implementation of ”UEP” program in terms of component inputs, (2) the effectiveness of the implementation of the ”UEP” program in terms of process components, and (3) the effectiveness of the implementation of the ”UEP” program in terms of components produck or output. This study design was used CIPP(Conte,Input,Process and Product) model evaluation. The results showed that: 1) the effectiveness of the implementation of the program realization ’’UEP’’ totaled 15 405 or 82.82 percent of the target value total of 18,600 and can be considered quite effective. (2) employment opportunities RTM after receiving increased UEP program, shown from 45.16 or 42 people claim to increase employment opportunities 1 ≥ 4 hours / day considered quite effective and value enhancement or tcount at 14.18> ttable value is 1.66. (3) income RTM after receiving UEP program has increased, shown by 36.56 per cent or 34 respondents said that they could increase the revenue of 200,000.00 ≥ 400.000,00- categorized quite effective with tcount 11.27> ttable value is 1, 66.
