Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan PT. Sekar Nusa Baruna Cabang Singaraja Tahun 2015

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh (1) affective commitment (2) continuance commitment (3) normative commitment terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. Sekar Nusa Baruna Cabang Singaraja Tahun 2015. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan PT. Sekar Nusa Baruna Cabang Singaraja yang berjumlah 21 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode dokumentasi dan kuisioner. Data dianalisis dengan analisis regresi berganda yang meliputi uji-t, uji-f, koifisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan; (1) affective berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja, (2) continuance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja, (3) normative berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja, (4) affective, continuance, dan normative secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja. Hasil analisis koefisien determinasi diperoleh 0,554, hal ini berarti besar persentase pengaruh affective, continuance, dan normative terhadap prestasi kerja adalah 55,4 %.

This study aims to determine the effect of (1) affective commitment (2) continuance commitment (3) normative commitment on employee performance of PT. Sekar Nusa Baruna Singaraja branch of the Year 2015. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Sekar Nusa Baruna Singaraja branch which amounted to 21 people. Data collected by the methods of documentation and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis which includes t-test, f-test, koifisien determination. The results showed; (1) affective significant effect on work performance, (2) continuance significant effect on work performance, (3) normative significant effect on work performance, (4) affective, continuance, and normative simultaneously significant effect on job performance. Results obtained 0.554 coefficient of determination analysis, this means that a large percentage of the influence of affective, continuance, and normative on work performance was 55.4%.
