PENGARUH LOCUS OF CONTROL DAN KEMAMPUAN MENGOPERASIKAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT PEGADAIAN (PERSERO) DENPASAR TAHUN 2015

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui(1) pengaruh locus of control terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PTPegadaian Denpasar Tahun 2015,(2) pengaruh kemampuan mengoperasikan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PTPegadaian Denpasar Tahun 2015,(3) pengaruh secara simultan antara locus of control dan kemampuan mengoperasikan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PTPegadaian Denpasar Tahun 2015.Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian kausalitatif. Pengumpulan data dengan metode wawancara,dokumentasi dan kuesioner.Teknik analisis data berupa teknik deskriptif kuantitatif dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1)locus of control berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PTPegadaian Denpasar Tahun 2015,dengan nilai thitung=2.707>2.010 atau p-value=0,043<α=0,05,(2)kemampuan mengoperasikan teknologi informasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Pegadaian Denpasar Tahun 2015, dengan thitung=6.504>ttabel=2.010 atau p-value0.000<α=0,05, (3)locus of control dan kemampuan mengoperasikan teknologi informasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PTPegadaian Denpasar Tahun 2015, dilihat dari nilai Fhitung=53.109>Ftabel=2.450 atau p-value0.000<α=0,05. Hasil analisis koefisien determinasi diperoleh sebesar 0,680, hal ini berarti besar persentase pengaruh secara simultan adalah 68%.

This research is aimed to know (1) partially effect of locus of control towards employee performance of PT Pegadaian Denpasar in 2015, (2) the effect of ability of using information technology towards employee performance of PT Pegadaian Denpasar in 2015, (3) Simultaneous effect between locus of control and the ability of using information technology towards employee performance of PT Pegadaian Denpasar in 2015. This research used causalitative research design. Data collecting in this research is done by interview, documentation, and questionnaire method. Data analysis technique was descriptive technique with double linier regression. The result of the research showed that (1) locus of control has an effect towards employee performance of PT Pegadaian Denpasar in 2015, with the value of tcount=2.707>2.010 or p-value=0,043<α=0,05 , (2) the ability of using information technology has an effect towards employee performance of PT Pegadaian Denpasar in 2015, with the value of tcount=6.504>ttable=2.010 or p-value 0.000<α=0,05, (3) locus of control and the ability of using information technology has a simultaneous effect towards employee performance of PT Pegadaian Denpasar in 2015, seen from the value of Fcount= 53.109>Ftable = 2.450 or p-value 0.000<α=0,05. Determination coefficient analysis result was 0,680, it means that the percentage of simultaneously effect was 68 %.
