PENGARUH SIKAP KEWIRAUSAHAAN TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MENGELOLA USAHA PADA PESERTA PROGRAM MAHASISWA WIRAUSAHA (PMW) UNDIKSHA TAHUN 2015

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) sikap kewirausahaan pada peserta Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha (PMW) Undiksha Tahun 2015, (2) kemampuan mengelola usaha pada peserta Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha (PMW) Undiksha Tahun 2015, (3) pengaruh sikap kewirausahaan terhadap kemampuan mengelola usaha pada peserta Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha (PMW) Undiksha Tahun 2015. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksplanatori dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 38 tim PMW Tahun 2015. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner dan dokumentasi, dan dianalisis menggunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) sikap kewirausahaan pada peserta Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha (PMW) Undiksha Tahun 2015 adalah baik dengan total skor 5112 berada pada rentang skor 4652,2 – 5745,6 (2) kemampuan mengelola usaha pada peserta Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha (PMW) Undiksha Tahun 2015 adalah baik dengan total skor 1690 berada pada rentang skor 1151,4 – 1915,2 (3) ada pengaruh sikap kewirausahaan terhadap kemampuan mengelola usaha yang ditunjukkan dengan besarnya nilai R Square 0,507. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sumbangan pengaruh dari variabel sikap kewirausahaan (X) terhadap kemampuan mengelola usaha (Y) sebesar 50,7 %.

This study aims to determine (1) the entrepreneurial attitude to participants Student Entrepreneurial Program (PMW) Undiksha 2015 (2) the ability to manage the business on a participant Student Entrepreneurial Program (PMW) Undiksha 2015 (3) the effect of an entrepreneurial attitude towards the ability to manage the business on participants Student Entrepreneurial program (PMW) Undiksha 2015. The research design used is explanatory with a total population of 38 teams PMW 2015. Data were collected using questionnaires and documentation, and analyzed using descriptive with quantitative approach. The results showed that (1) an entrepreneurial attitude in participants Student Entrepreneurial Program (PMW) Undiksha 2015 was good with a total score of 5112 in the range score of 4652.2 to 5745.6 (2) the ability to manage the business on a participant Student Entrepreneurial Program (PMW ) Undiksha 2015 was good with a total score of 1690 in the range score of 1151.4 to 1915.2 (3) effect on the ability to manage an entrepreneurial attitude effort shown by the results of the analysis 't' test which is 6,090 > 2,024. The value of R Square 0.507. This shows that the contribution of the influence of the entrepreneurial attitude variable (X) on the ability to manage the business (Y) amounted to 50.7%.
