PENGARUH KOMPETENSI GURU TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMP NEGERI 6 SINGARAJA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) kompetensi pedagogik, (2) kompetensi profesional, (3) kompetensi sosial, (4) kompetensi kepribadian secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja dan (5) pengaruh kompetensi guru secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian kausalitas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 70 guru, dan yang menjadi objek dalam penelitian ini kompetensi guru dan kinerja guru. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dan kuisioner. Data dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS 17.0 for windows yang meliputi uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kompetensi pedagogik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan hasil thitung 2,545> ttabel 1,994 dan p-value 0,013< α 0,05. (2) Kompetensi profesional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan hasil thitung 2,082 > ttabel 1,994 dan p-value 0,041< α 0,05. (3) Kompetensi sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan hasil thitung 2,235> ttabel 1,994 dan p-value 0,029 < α 0,05. (4) Kompetensi kepribadian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan hasil thitung 3,145 > ttabel 1,994 dan p-value 0,003 < α 0,05. (5) Secara simultan kompetensi guru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil analisis nilai Fhitung = 46,636 > Ftabel = 2,740 dan ditunjukkan dengan nilai probabilitas uji F 0,000 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05. Nilai koefisien determinasi disesuaikan sebesar 0,726 artinya 72,6% kinerja guru dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi guru sedangkan sisanya sebesar 27,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

This study aims to determine (1) pedagogical, (2) professional competence, (3) social competence, (4) personal competence partially on the performance of teachers SMPN 6 Singaraja and (5) the effect of teacher competence simultaneously on teacher performance SMP State 6 Singaraja. This study is in this type of research causality. This research subject is the head of SMPN 6 Singaraja with the number of respondents as many as 70 teachers, and which is the object of this research competence of teachers and teacher performance. Data collection methods used were documentation and questionnaires. Data were analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 17.0 for Windows that includes t test and F. The results showed that (1) the pedagogic competence significantly influence the performance of teachers with the results tcount 2,545> t table 1.994 and p-value 0.013 <α 0.05. (2) Professional Competence significant effect on the performance of teachers with the results tcount 2,082> t table 1.994 and p-value 0.041 <α 0.05. (3) Social competence significantly influence teacher performance results tcount 2,235> t table 1.994 and p-value 0.029 <α 0.05. (4) The personality competence significantly influence teacher performance results tcount 3.145> ttable 1.994 and p-value 0.003 <α 0.05. (5) Simultaneously competence of teachers significantly influence the performance of teachers SMPN 6 Singaraja indicated by the results of analysis of the value of F = 46.636> F table = 2.740 and is indicated by the F test probability value 0,000 smaller than α = 0.05. Adjusted determination coefficient of 0.726 means that 72.6% of teacher performance is influenced by the competence of teachers while the remaining 27.4% is influenced by other factors.
