Abstract

Program satuan pendidikan aman bencana masih terdapat berbagai kendala dalam implementasinya sehingga tujuan utama program satuan pendidikan aman bencana belum terwujud. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menemukan solusi hambatan pelaksanaan program satuan pendidikan aman bencana dalam perspektif teori kognitif sosial. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan metode pengambilan data telaah literatur. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis telaah realis, karena ingin menginterpretasikan kondisi nyata satuan pendidikan aman bencana dan kemudian memberikan penguatan dan/atau solusi apabila ditemukan kelemahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan teori kognitif sosial supaya program Satuan Pendidikan Aman Bencana (SPAB) terwujud tujuan utamanya perlu ada interaksi timbal balik antara diri pribadi siswa, perilaku pimpinan sekolah, guru dan orangtua, serta lingkungan yang merepresentasikan tangguh bencana. Karena teori kognitif sosial berpandangan bahwa siswa akan meniru kebiasaan pimpinan sekolah, guru dan orangtua. Maka pimpinan sekolah, guru dan orangtua yang berperilaku tangguh menghadapi bencana, akan direkam dan diimplementasikan oleh para siswa. Hasil rekam siswa terhadap perilaku guru dan orangtua, kemudian didukung dengan lingkungan yang tangguh bencana maka akan menghasilkan generasi yang tangguh menghadapi bencana.
