Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan berpikir spasial peserta didik kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 78 Jakarta. Populasi penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas XI IPS berjumlah 71 orang sedangkan sampel penelitian menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan taraf error 5% menghasilkan 60 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner  tes pilihan ganda melalui Google Form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kemampuan berpikir spasial peserta didik kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 78 Jakarta terbagi 3 tingkat yaitu level rendah dengan rentang nilai 0 – 33.33 yang diperoleh 23 peserta didik dengan persentase 38%, kemudian level sedang dengan rentang nilai 33.34 – 66.66 yang diperoleh 26 peserta didik dengan persentase 44% dan level tinggi dengan rentang nilai 66.67-100 yang diperoleh 11 peserta didik dengan persentase 18%. Berdasarkan capaian pada kelas-kelas tersebut, tingkat berpikir spasial peserta didik kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 78 Jakarta berada pada kategori sedang.
