EFEKTIVITAS E-MODUL LARUTAN ELEKTROLIT DAN NONELEKTROLIT BERBASIS GUIDED DISCOVERY LEARNING TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS X MIPA DI SMAN 7 PADANG

Abstract


Based on the results of the questionnaire given to students at SMAN 7 Padang, it was found that 60.8% of students had difficulty understanding the material of electrolyte and nonelectrolyte solutions which had abstract properties. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of guided discovery learning-based e-modules on electrolyte and nonelectrolyte solutions on student learning outcomes. The research method used was a quasi-experimental method in the form of a nonequivalent control group design. The population consisted of all students of class X MIPA at SMAN 7 Padang in the academic year 2020/2021 with purposive sampling technique. The instrument used in the study was a test in the form of multiple choice which had validity, discriminatory power, reliability and difficulty index with good question criteria. The level of effectiveness of guided discovery learning-based e-modules is known through the n-gain test. The results of the analysis of the n-gain value were obtained with a value of 0.6 which stated that the e-module based on guided discovery learning on electrolyte and nonelectrolyte solution material was effective on learning outcomes with high criteria so that this e-module was effectively used to improve student learning outcomes.
