Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui latar belakang sejarah didirikanya Yayasan Ekoturin; dan 2) mengetahui sistem pendidikan di Yayasan Ekoturin di Desa Ban, Kubu, Karangasem Bali. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian sejarah dengan tahap-tahap sebagai berikut: (1) heuristik (observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi); (2) kritik sumber; (3) interpretasi (analisi data), (4) historiografi (penulisan sejarah). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) ada tiga faktor yang melatarbelakangi pembangunan Yayasan Ekoturin yaitu faktor politik, faktor sosial, dan faktor ekonomi: 2) sistem pendidikan di Yayasan Ekoturin terdiri dari: unsur masukan (raw input), input instrumen, input lingkungan (environmental input), output, kurikulum, tujuan pendidikan, proses pembelajaran, evaluasi, alat pendidikan, pendidik, peserta didik, dan lingkungan. Dinamika di Yayasan Ekoturin dari input, sejak tahun 2009 sampai sekarang mengalami penurunan, dan dinamika output di Yayasan Ekoturin di Desa Ban, Kubu, Karangasem terus stabil.

This study was aimed to (1) determine the background of the establishment of the Foundation Ekoturin (History and Education system in lagging Regions of Ban village, Kubu, Karangasem, Bali, (2) Know Foundation Ekoturin education system in the village of Ban, Kubu, Karangasem Bali. In this study this, the data collected using methods of historical researc, namely: (1) heuristic (observations, interviews, document study), (2) a source of criticism, (3) interpretation (data analysis), (4) historiography (the writing of history). The results showed that, (1) there are three factors behind the development of the Foundation Ekoturin in Desa Ban, Kubu, Karangasem such as political factors, social factors, and economic factors, (2) the education system in the village of Ban Ekoturin foundation, Kubu, Karangasem consists of (1) the element input (raw input), (2) input instrument, (3) environmental inputs (environmental input), (4) output, (5) curriculum, (6) the purpose of education, (7) the learning process , (8) evaluation, (9) an educational tool, (10) educators, (11) learners, (12) the environment, (13), (3) dynamics in Ekoturin Foundation in Desa Ban, Kubu, Karangasem in terms of inputs from 2009 until now has decreased, and the dynamics of output in Ekoturin Foundation in Desa Ban, Kubu, Karangasem hold steady.
