ANALISIS RASIO LIKUIDITAS, AKTIVITAS, DAN PROFITABILITAS UNTUK MENGUKUR KINERJA KEUANGAN PADA PERUSAHAAN PROPERTY DAN REAL ESTATE YANG GO PUBLIC DI BEI TAHUN 2013-2015

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang Go Public di BEI tahun 2013-2015 yang ditinjau dari rasio likuiditas menggunakan rasio lancar (current ratio) dan quick ratio, rasio aktivitas yang terdiri dari inventory turn over, total asset turn over dengan fixed asset turn over, dan rasio profitabilitas yang terdiri dari gross profit margin, net profit margin dan return on invesment. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. data dikumpulkan dengan metode pencatatan dokumen dan kemudian dianalisis dengan rasio keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) rasio likuiditas PT Lippo Karawaci, Tbk berada di atas rata-rata industry sehingga memiliki kinerja keuangan paling baik (2) rasio aktivitas PT Lippo Karawaci, Tbk berada di atas rata-rata industri sehingga memiliki kinerja keuangan paling baik (3) rasio Profitabilitas PT Lippo Karawaci, Tbk berada di atas rata-rata industri sehingga memiliki kinerja keuangan paling baik.

This study aims to determine the financial performance of the Property and Real Estate is Go Public in the Stock Exchange in 2013-2015 were evaluated from using the liquidity ratio current ratio (current ratio) and the quick ratio, the ratio of activity consisting of inventory turnover, total asset turnover with fixed asset turnover, and profitability ratio which consists of gross profit margin, net profit margin and return on investment as. The study design used in this research is descriptive quantitative research. Data collected by the method of recording documents and then analyzed by financial ratios. The results showed that (1) the liquidity ratio of PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk is above the average industry so that it has the financial performance of the nicest (2) the ratio of activity of PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk is above the average of the industry so that it has the financial performance of the nicest (3) Profitability ratios of PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk is above the industry average so it has the most excellent financial performance.
