PENGARUH RASIO SOLVABILITAS DAN RASIO AKTIVITAS TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS PADA PERUSAHAAN SUB SEKTOR PROPERTY AND REAL ESTATE YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan eksplanatif yang teruji tentang (1) pengaruh rasio solvabilitas dan rasio aktivitas terhadap profitabilitas, (2) pengaruh rasio solvabilitas terhadap profitabilitas, (3) pengaruh rasio aktivitas terhadap profitabilitas. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif kausal. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan sub sektor Property and Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2014 – 2015 dan objek penelitian adalah rasio solvabilitas, rasio aktivitas, dan profitabilitas. Data dikumpulkan dengan pencatatan dokumen, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) rasio solvabilitas dan rasio aktivitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas sebesar 87,2%, (2) rasio solvabilitas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas sebesar -59,6%, (3) rasio aktivitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas sebesar 61,2%.

The purpose of this research to get explanative findings about (1) the effect of solvency ratio and activity ratio toward profitability, (2) the effect of solvency ratio towards profitability, (3) the effect of activity ratio towards profitability. The research design used was quantitative causal. The subject of this research was The Companies sub sector Property and Real Estate 2014 - 2015, and the object of this research were solvency ratio, activity ratio, and profitability. The data was obtained by documentation technique, and then it’s analyzed using regression analysis. The result of this research shows that (1) solvency ratio and activity ratio had significant effect to the profitability amounted 87,2%, (2) the variable of solvency ratio had negative significant effect to the profitability amounted -59,6%, (3) the variable of activity ratio had positive significant effect to the profitability amounted 61,2%.
