PENERAPAN GREEN HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT PADA HOTEL NEW SUNARI LOVINA BEACH RESORT

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisa penerapan Green Human Resource Management terhadap komitmen manajemen khususnya dalam department human resources, yang nantinya mengarah pada terbentuknya kinerja hijau karyawan dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan mereka di operasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di New Sunari Lovina Beach Resort selama tiga bulan dengan metode pengambilan data yaitu wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam proses wawancara adalah manajemen hotel yang berjumlah delapan orang yaitu department head di seluruh department. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Green Human Resource Management pada New Sunari Lovina Beach Resort sudah diterapkan namun belum optimal. Belum optimalnya penerapan Green Human Resources Management pada New Sunari Lovina Beach Resort disebabkan oleh beberapa factor antara lain Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang belum tersusun, komitmen manajemen, serta anggaran yang terbatas.
