Abstrak

Pariwisata berkelanjutan adalah suatu konsep dalam pariwisata yang bertujuan untuk meminimalkan dampak negatif dari aktivitas pariwisata terhadap lingkungan, masyarakat lokal, serta budaya dan warisan alam setempat. Konsep ini didasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip keberlanjutan yang menjunjung tinggi tanggung jawab sosial dan lingkungan. Salah satu cara untuk mendukung pariwisata berkelanjutan adalah melalui konsep green jobs. Green jobs adalah pekerjaan yang memprioritaskan penggunaan sumber daya alam yang terbarukan, memperhatikan aspek lingkungan, dan berkontribusi pada pengurangan emisi gas rumah kaca. Dalam konteks pariwisata berkelanjutan, green jobs dapat mencakup pekerjaan di sektor transportasi, akomodasi, restoran, dan industri pariwisata lainnya.  Penelitian mengenai pariwisata berkelanjutan dan konsep green jobs memiliki urgensi yang sangat penting untuk mengembangkan industri pariwisata yang bertanggung jawab dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian tersebut dapat membantu dalam mengidentifikasi peluang pekerjaan hijau di sektor pariwisata, mengukur dampak keberlanjutan pariwisata terhadap masyarakat lokal, dan merancang kebijakan yang mendukung pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan.   Tujuan penelitian Menganalisis perkembangan tren riset penelitian Green jobs bidang pariwisata. Secara umum penelitian menggunakan metode analisi Bibliometrik yang disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif untuk mengetahui tren riset penelitian tentang Green Jobs, Tren penulisan artikel pada jurnal terindeks Scopus tentang tren kompetensi green jobs pada bidang pariwisata terjadi pada kurun waktu 1984 sampai 2023. jumlah publisher artikel terbanyak tentang green jobs, green tvet, green competencies  dan green jobs tourism yaitu sustainability dengan 30 artikel, hasil Density Visualization software VOSviewer menunjukan tema-tema yang berwarna redup seperti “tourism”, “education”, “training”, “student”, “skill”, “teknology”, “job market”, “energy”, “industry”
