FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KUALITAS KAMAR HOTEL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KENYAMANAN TAMU DALAM ASIALINK HOTEL BATAM BY PRASANTHY

Perkembangan industri perhotelan yang pesat di Batam mendorong peningkatan kualitas kamar hotel untuk menjamin kenyamanan tamu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas kamar di Asialink Hotel by Prasanthy serta dampaknya terhadap kepuasan tamu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan 10 tamu, observasi selama 2 minggu, dan analisis dokumentasi yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas fisik, layanan staf yang ramah, kebersihan, kenyamanan kamar, dan lokasi hotel merupakan faktor utama yang berperan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan tamu. Dengan memperbaiki faktor-faktor tersebut, Asialink Hotel by Prasanthy dapat meningkatkan pengalaman menginap tamu dan mempertahankan daya saingnya di industri perhotelan Batam.
