PENGARUH KEPRIBADIAN TERHADAP KINERJA PADA KARYAWAN HOTEL DI JAKARTA

Kepribadian adalah suatu totalitas psikofisis yang kompleks dari individu. Tujuannya kepribadian berpengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan Hotel. Metode yang digunakan kuantitatif dengan pengambilan data dan teknik analisis data uji asumsi klasik,Path analysis, SEM. hasil analisis hipotesis pertama memberikan temuan bahwa Kepribadian (X) berpengaruh secara langsung positif terhadap Kinerja (Y) ini dapat diartikan semakin baik Kepribadian responden akan menyebabkan meningkatnya Kinerja responden begitu juga sebaliknya semakin buruk Kepribadian (X) akan menyebabkan menurunya Kinerja responden (Y) dan simpulan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antar variable kepribadian terhadap kinerja karyawan hotel di Jakarta.
