PELATIHAN PENELITIAN BAGI DOSEN ARO GAPOPIN PONDOK AREN, TANGERANG DENGAN PENDEKATAN STUDENT CENTERED LEARNING

Tugas seorang dosen tidak hanya mengajar, tetapi juga harus melakukan penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat. Sebagai konsekuensinya, dosen dituntut mampu melakukan penelitian. Dosen ARO GAPOPIN Pondok Aren Tangerang belum mempunyai pengalaman penelitian yang terkait dengan pengajarannya, kecuali ketika mereka skripsi dan tesis. Kami mengadakan pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi dosen ARO GAPOPIN dengan tujuan agar para dosen mampu melakukan penelitian dan membuat artikel. Pendekatan pelatihan dengan Student Centered Learning (SCL) diawali dengan need assessment, mendesain dan melaksanakan pelatihan, evaluasi dan pendampingan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan kemampuan penelitian dosen ARO GAPOPIN mengalami peningkatan. Kesimpulannya kegiatan pelatihan penelitian bagi dosen ARO GAPOPIN dapat dikatakan cukup berhasil karena setidaknya ada satu artikel yang berhasil dipublikasikan ke jurnal.
