HUBUNGAN KECERDASAN INTERPERSONAL DAN ALTRUISME TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DAN KOMUNIKASI (TIK) DI SMA NEGERI 1 MENGWI PADA SEMESTER GENAP TAHUN AJARAN 2015/2016

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan antara kecerdasan interpersonal terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran TIK di SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi, (2) Untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan altruisme terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran TIK di SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi, (3) Untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan secara bersama-sama antara kecerdasan interpersonal dan altruisme terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran TIK di SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian expost facto dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi, dimana terdiri dari dua variabel bebas yaitu kecerdasan interpersonal dan altruisme, sedangkan untuk variabel terikat yaitu prestasi belajar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X dan XII di SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi yaitu sebanyak 761 orang dengan sampel yaitu 262 orang. Pengumpulan data kecerdasan interpersonal dan altruisme yaitu melalui angket, sedangkan untuk prestasi belajar TIK didapatkan dari nilai rapot TIK siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik parametrik dengan uji prasyarat normalitas, linieritas, dan multikolinieritas. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) tidak ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan anatara variabel bebas kecerdasan interpersonal dengan prestasi belajar TIK yang ditunjukkan dari koefisen korelasi sebesar -0,025. (2) altruisme memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar TIK yang ditunjukkan dari koefisen korelasi sebesar 0,147, yang berarti arah hubungan altruisme dan prestasi belajar TIK searah. Kecerdasan interpersonal dan altruisme secara bersama-sama memiliki hubungan yang positif terhadap prestasi belajar TIK yang ditunjukkan dari koefisen korelasi sebesar 0.215 yang berarti arah hubungan kecerdasan interpersonal dan altruisme dengan prestasi belajar TIK searah.

This study aims to determined (1) the relationship between interpersonal intelligence on student achievement in the subjects of ICT in SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi, (2) the relationship of altruism on student achievement in the subjects of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi, (3) the relationship jointly between interpersonal intelligence and altruism on student achievement in the subjects of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi. This research is ex post facto by using correlation technique, which consists of two independent variables that interpersonal intelligence and altruism, while the dependent variable is the learning achievement. The population in this study were all students of class X and XII in SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi as many as 761 people with a sample of 262 people. Interpersonal intelligence data collection and altruism is through questionnaires, whereas for of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) learning achievements obtained from the value’s report of Information and Communication Technologies ICT students at SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi semester of the 2015/2016 academic year. Data were analyzed using parametric statistics with the prerequisite test of normality, linearity and multicollinearity. Research results show that, (1) there is no significant positive relationship between independent variables and interpersonal intelligence and academic achievement of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) indicated correlation coefficient of -0.025. (2) altruism has a positive and significant relationship to the learning achievement of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) indicated correlation coefficient of 0.147, which means the direction of the relationship of altruism and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) learning achievement direction. Interpersonal intelligence and altruism together to have a positive relationship to ICT learning achievement as indicated by the correlation coefficient for 0215 which means the direction of interpersonal relationships and altruism with unidirectional Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) learning achievement.
