Video Animasi 3D Sebagai Media Sosialisasi Proses Pembuatan Surat Izin Mengemudi (SIM) ( Studi kasus : Satuan Penyelenggara Administrasi SIM Satuan Lalu Lintas Polres Buleleng )

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengimplementasikan rancangan Video Animasi 3D Sebagai Media Sosialisasi Proses Pembuatan Surat Izin Mengemudi (SIM), agar masyarakat dapat mengetahui proses pembuatan surat izin mengemudi. Perancangan Video Animasi 3D Sebagai Media Sosialisasi Proses Pembuatan Surat Izin Mengemudi (SIM) menggunakan tahap-tahapan pembuatan video dari awal sampai selesai. Tahap-tahapan pembuatan video tersebut terbagi menjadi 3 (tiga) tahapan utama yaitu 1) Pra Produksi (Ide Cerita, Penulisan Naskah/Sipnosis, Perancangan Karakter, Perancangan Gambar Pendukung, dan Pembuatan Storyboard), 2) Produksi (Modelling, Texturing, Ringging, Skining, Acting/Animation, lip-sych Lighting, dan Rendering), 3) Pasca Produksi (Perekaman dan Proses Editing). Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini berupa Video Animasi 3D Sebagai Media Sosialisasi Proses Pembuatan Surat Izin Mengemudi (SIM) yang menceritakan tentang Proses Pembuatan Surat Izin Mengemudi (SIM) yang berada di Satuan Penyelenggara Administrasi Polres Buleleng dan respon penonton terhadap Video Animasi 3D Sebagai Media Sosialisasi Proses Pembuatan Surat Izin Mengemudi (SIM) ini dikategorikan sangat positif dengan rata-rata persentase 90.2% Video animasi 3 dimensi ini dapat dijadikan sebagai media informasi tentang proses pembuatan SIM.

The purpose of this study is to implement the design 3D Animation Video for Media Socialization Process Driving License, so that people will know the process of making a driver's license. Design Video 3D Animation as Media Socialization Process Driving License using step by step of making a video from start to finish. Step by step of making the video is divided into three (3) main stages: 1) Pre-Production (Idea Stories, Writing / Sipnosis, Design Character, Design of Image Support and Creation Storyboard), 2) Production (Modeling, Texturing, Ringging, Skining, Acting / Animation, Lip-sync, Lighting, and Rendering), 3) Post-Production (Recording and Editing process). The end result of this study is 3D Animation Video for Media Socialization Process Driving License tells about the process of making a driver's license, which is located in Buleleng Police Unit Operator Administration and the audience's response to the Video Animation 3D for Media Socialization Process Driving License is categories of very positive with an average percentage of 90.2%. Video 3-dimensional animation can be used as a medium of information about Driving License making process
