EVALUASI PROGRAM PADA KEJUARAAN ATLETIK PELAJAR BULANAN DINAS OLAHRAGA PROVINSI DKI JAKARTA

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi program Kejuaraan Atletik Pelajar Bulanan (KAPB) yang dilaksanakan Dinas Olahraga DKI Jakarta. Desain penelitian menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (context, input, process, product) dengan rancangan penelitian evaluasi kualitatif. Program ini dilakukan di DKI Jakarta dengan menyertakan pelatih, atlet, manager dan semua komponen yang terlibat. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, studi dokumentasi, observasi dan angket yang menyertakan 66 responeden. Hasil penelitian menujukkan 46,97% responden menyatakan skema program KAPB sudah dikategorikan “baik”, 47,0% mengidentifikasi pemanfaatan sumber daya yang meliputi atlet, pelatih, sarana prasarana juga dikategorikan “baik”. Sebesar 43,9% menujukkan identifikasi proses pelaksanaan program KAPB dan peran tim monitoring evaluasi program dikategorikan “baik” serta 50,0% menyatakan pencapaian hasil pretasi para atlet dari serangkaian pelaksanaan program KAPB dikategorikan “baik”. Disimpulkan program evaluasi KAPB yang dibuat ini efektif untuk memantau program latihan dan mengukur keberhasilan program pemerintah untuk prestasi atlet pelajar di Provinsi DKI Jakarta.
