Kompetensi Komunikasi dalam Hubungan antara Profesionalisme dan Kepuasan Kerja pada Perawat Milenial dan Generasi Z

Abstract

Perawat Generasi Milenial dan Z (generasi MZ) merupakan inti dari tenaga keperawatan di Indonesia saat ini, tetapi mereka cenderung meninggalkan institusi layanan kesehatan dan hal ini menimbulkan kekhawatiran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi profesionalisme keperawatan, kompetensi dalam berkomunikasi, dan tingkat kepuasan dalam pekerjaan pada perawat generasi MZ yang bekerja di rumah sakit. Sebanyak 202 perawat berusia 20–30 tahun yang telah bekerja di rumah sakit lebih dari enam bulan berpartisipasi dengan mengisi kuesioner secara online. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Pearson korelasi. Profesionalisme keperawatan, kompetensi komunikasi dan kepuasan kerja secara signifikan dengan berkorelasi positif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme dikaitkan dengan kepuasan kerja, komunikasi yang baik semakin meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat generasi MZ, perlu dilakukan peningkatan profesionalisme keperawatan dan melaksanakan program pelatihan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi dengan mempertimbangkan karakteristik spesifik generasi.
