PENGARUH MOTIVASI, SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS PERHUBUNGAN KABUPATEN BULELENG

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, sistem informasi akuntansi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai secara parsial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan instrumen kuisioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua jenis data yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian dilakukan pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Buleleng. Obyek penelitian adalah pegawai pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Buleleng mengenai motivasi, sistem informasi akuntansi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 40 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi berganda yang diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS 19.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) secara parsial motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) sistem informasi akuntansi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (3) secara parsial kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

This present study was intended to partially identify the impact of motivation, system of accounting information and leadership on the performance of employees. It used the quantitative approach. The data were collected using the instrument of questionnaire. Both the primary and secondary data were used. The study was conducted in the Department of Relation of Buleleng Regency. The object of the study included the employees employed at the Department of Relation, Buleleng Regency. What was investigated was the impact of motivation, system of accounting information and leadership on the performance of the employees. The samples were determined using the sampling probability technique, and totaled 40. The data were analyzed using the multiple regression analysis method and were processed using the SPSS 19.0 for Windows program. The result of the study showed that (1) motivation partially positively and significantly affected the performance of the employees, (2) the system of accounting information partially positively and significantly affected the performance of the employees, and (3) leadership partially positively and significantly contributed to the performance of the employees.
