Pengaruh Debt To Equity Ratio, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Return On Assets, Dan Current Ratio Terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2009-2013)

Abstract

Kebijakan dividen adalah kebijakan yang menciptakan keseimbangan dividen saat ini dan pertumbuhan di masa mendatang sehingga dapat memaksimumkan harga saham perusahaan. Perusahaan harus membuat kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan investasi secara tepat untuk maksimalisasi keuntungan dan nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Kepemilikan Manajerial, Return on Assets (ROA), dan Current Ratio (CR) terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) pada perusahaan maufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2009-2013 dengan menggunakan ICMD 2009-2013 didapat 10 sampel perusahaan yang telah memenuhi kriteria tertentu yang telah disesuaikan. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 19. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh negatif, Kepemilikan Manajerial berpengaruh negatif, dan Current Ratio (CR) berpengaruh negatif, sedangkan Return on Assets (ROA) berpengaruh positif terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR).

A dividend policy is a policy to create the balance of the current policy and the future growth in order to maximize the stock prices of the companies. A company should have to make a policy in relation to the accurate investment activity in order to maximize the profit and the company’s values. This study was conducted in order to find out the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), mamagerial ownership, Return on Assets (ROA), and Current Ratio (CR) on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) at the manufacture companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2009-2013; based on ICMD 2009-2013 it was found 10 samples of companies meeting the required and appropriate criteria. The samples were selected by using teknik purposive sampling technique. The analysis data was conducted in this study based on multiple linear regression aided by SPSS 19. The results indicated that the variables of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) had a negative effect, managerial ownership had a negative effect, and Current Ratio (CR) had a negative effect, while Return on Assets (ROA) had a positive effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR).
