EVALUASI USABILITY WEBSITE POLSRI DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN SYSTEM USABILITY SCALE

Pengujian dan evaluasi usability merupakan bagian dari proses peningkatan kepuasan pengguna. Usability juga dapat digunakan meningkatkan kegunaan dalam interaksi pengguna situs web. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur tingkat usability website Polsri. Metode yang digunakan untuk menguji dan mengevaluasi website Polsri ini adalah System Usability Scale (SUS) dengan 10 pertanyaan sebagai tolok ukur penampilan website dan kinerja website. Sebanyak 40 responden yang dipilih secara acak terdiri dari mahasiswa, staff administrasi, dan dosen dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan penilaian System Usability Scale (SUS) berada pada skor 72,56 yang berarti website Polsri acceptable (dapat diterima), pada peringkat C dengan rating Good.
