Abstract

The study aims to identify the effect to compensation and workload, either simultaneously or partially, on job satisfaction for farm laborers in Unggahan Village, Seririt District. The subject of this research is the Farmer Laborer in Unggahan Village, Seririt District. While the object of this research is Compensation, Workload and Job Satisfaction. The research design used is causal quantitative. The sample used was 75 respondents. Data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are: (1) Compensation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. (2) Workload has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction. (3) Compensation and workload have a significant effect on job satisfaction for farm laborers in Unggahan Village, Seririt District
