Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Edie Arta Motor Singaraja

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of the environment and work motivation simultaneously or partially on the performance of Edie Arta Motor Singaraja employees. The samples of this study amounted to 50 respondents with the technique used was proportional random sampling technique namely the selection of samples based on certain criteria. This research is a quantitative research with a questionnaire as a data collection method. The technique analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) There is a positif and significant effect of environment and work motivation on employee performance simultaneously. (2) Partially, there is a positive and significant effect given bye the work environment on employee performance. (3) Partially, there is a positive and significant effect given bye the work motivation on employee performance.
